Happy WTQT Family For nearly two decades, 94.9 Lp FM WTQT has been bringing a message of hope and inspiration to Baton Rouge as the People's Station.

In that time, more than a million people have been touched by our message as we continue to follow our motto: "Helping People to Help Themselves."

As the Gospel music radio station for southern Louisiana, WTQT is the hub for hottest new Gospel music as well as daily inspiration from our talented team of radio hosts.

Founded in 1996 by Dr. Ernest L. Johnson, President of the Louisiana NAACP, WTQT and its parent organization, the Louisiana Community Development Capital Fund (CAPFUND) continue to help countless families to lead happier, more prosperous lives.
